29 new all-time highs among stocks that gained 1% or more. Some of the biggest gainers:FLO PERI TROV DK CPA RNF AMZN BOFI

91 stocks reached new 52-week highs while appreciating 1% or more today. Some of the notable movers include:

• Foreign and domestic regional banks have been on fire lately: $BSMX and $CIB cleared new all-time highs

• Semiconductors are showing relative strength – $IPGP, $NXPI, $KLIC are consolidating near 52-week highs

• Other notable technical breakouts: $CLSN (biotech), $BKD (long-term care facilities),

StockTwits 50 Notables

• After getting trashed as a group at the beginning of the year, retailers are slowly recovering one by one. $KORS is back above its 50dma and not too far from another all-time high. $AMZN and $EBAY are also trading near multi-year highs.

• $HDB followed through on its bounce from its 50dma

• $XXIA cleared new 5yr highs after raising revenue guidance

• New multi-year highs: $MIC $RNF $CRM
