The Platform and Destination of Stocktwits Continues to Grow… Integrating Chartly Into StockTwits

Thanks to the StockTwits community, Chartly has grown into the largest and best social charting service in the universe.

Today, StockTwits is pleased to announce the full integration of Chartly social charting features into StockTwits.

The integration will enhance the display, organization and posting of charts, making it super easy for our members to search, view, and share charts and videos.

Post charts and video screencasts to each message directly from StockTwits

You can now easily add a chart or a video screencast to every message by just clicking on the “Include Media” icon on the message box.

Choose your chart or record your screencast, add a message, and tickers and sentiment if you like:

On top of every stream you will now notice filters for Charts and Videos

If you click on them you can filter the stream just for that type of content and easily peruse just Charts and Videos.

View and comment on charts without leaving StockTwits

When you see a chart in stream, simply click on the thumbnail to open up the chart in a lightbox. From here you can easily comment on the chart or click it again to zoom in further.

Since we have ported over all charts and Chart.ly functionality to StockTwits, the Chartly site will now redirect to the StockTwits Charts Stream. In addition, chart sharing will now also be a part of the StockTwits API which we will be opening up to developers next month. If you are interested in working with the new API, you can apply HERE.
