FinTwits and Cashtags....A Fresh Creative Experiment

This year I wanted to continue to push my creative juices so I called on two of my smartest and best friends (in and out of the markets) to start a weekly video podcast/YouTube/Spotify show about investing and the markets that is more current, fun and conversational

I love talking about the markets, even when I am not heavily in the markets.

Talking about the markets and prices helps me with my day job of investing in startups.

Phil ran content and community at Stocktwits for the first EIGHT years and somehow is still living outside padded walls. He is a behavioral rockstar and my rabbi when it comes to blaming things on my parents and others :) !

JC is the chart artist. He is a top down technical whisperer who I always read and who just had twin boys and is locked in his basement for the next 16-18 years. His pain is our gain.

I've known both since before the birth of Wallstrip and Stocktwits, so we have seen a few things when it comes to social media, investing, stocks and markets.

We will have incredible guests join us and the quality (sound and structure) will continue to improve as well.

Our pal Riley Rosenbee ( he spent a few years writing The Daily Rip at Stocktwits) is living in Phoenix and leading the production of the weekly show part time as he tries to work his way into professional golf.

Here is the first episode where we talk about the early days of fintwit, how we all met, the Fed, the US dollar, the magazine cover effect, eating habits and watch JC live trade Tesla for a nice win...
