Team Social Leverage had a fun night last night at our local Grass Clippings course (Fund 4) which is hosting the Grass league two day ‘best player wins’ par 3 under the lights golf tournament…

It started with an insane bang as our own ‘hat tricks’ player, Colin Read, the CEO of golf software company Whoosh.io aced the first hole (140 yards). You can watch the reaction here:

My son Max and I are personal investors in Colin’s company. I had Colin out to practice and talk shop this week at Silverleaf where he obviously tuned up pretty well:
There are 88 players in the field all in the plus 1 to plus 6 handicap range vying for the $100,000 purse.
One of our best players Brian Blanchard was sidelined with a bad ankle injury. He brought out his US Amateur 4 ball best ball trophy to have a few drinks from and console us:
