Good morning everyone…

Yesterday I screwed up and shared lengthy rambling notes at the end of my newsletter. I forgot to edit them out. Now you know a little mole about my process of just banging away at my keyboard with a flow of consciousness when it happens and that I go back and clean up later.

As I mentioned yesterday, I am spending the rest of the week extrapolating trends (making predictions). Of course I will dive deeper into these in our weekly Trends With Friends Podcast that I post here and YouTube each Saturday.

Japan
As we approach 2024 one of my favorite trades for the upcoming year is long Japanese equity indexes - Nikkei, Topix. Nikkei displays right angled broadening pattern $N225M

Speaking of Japan, my friend Ram (we are investors in his company Lumida Wealth and his weekly investing FREE newsletter is fantastic) mentioned an interesting factoid about Japan as explained ‘Thematic Investing’ last week.

The good news for me is the technology, design and fit will be fantastic when I am ready for them in 10-12 years!
