Way Back Machine....What Did It Feel Like Investing in The Web in 2009 ...A Chat With Fred Wilson

Good morning.

Om Sunday, when I was searching for 'How To' venture capital and angel investing links on Fred Wilson's site, I came across this June 2009 conversation we had about the markets and investing which included his seed investment in TheStreet.com, his stock purchases, his Twitter seed investment (and my pass), Fred's best and worst investments and how great a time we both felt it was to be investing in the web.

Unfortunately, the video link is dead, but the conversation was transcribed. I really enjoyed reading it because it captures a lot of the mood and excitement of Web 2 as we came out of the 'Great Financial Crisis'.

Anyways, the whole point that I could retrieve this so easily, but randomly, is part of what makes the web so wonderful.
