All-Time Highs are Thick Again

This is a great market. The bears are having their day in homebuilders and mortgage stocks and the bulls are running the rest of the market.

I wish i had put my money where my mouth is on the broker weakness. If you did, congrats. I would be taking those trades off now.

My one clean energy play – Orkat (ORA) is finally breaking out – They report tonight so I am just standing pat. A good report and I may be adding.

Don’t know what to think of the Brocade convicton on option backdating. I think it needs to be done, but I hate lawyers and this emboldens them.

This could be a pain in tech’s ass for a while. I think, we would be MUCH higher in Tech on Cisco’s numbers and outlook if not for the Brocade decision.
