At Social Leverage we are excited to announce our latest investment out of Fund IV, Archive Intel.
At Archive Intel, Larry and his team are building artificial intelligence archiving and compliance SaaS tool for RIAs and financial institutions.
With my newsletter, Stocktwits and Twitter archiving has been something that has been top of mind to stay compliant.
We believe that every RIA and financial institution will continue to take archiving and compliance more seriously as headlines continue to surface about billions of dollars worth of fines levied against institutions whose employees who used communication channels not permitted.
My Partner Matt who spent his early career running data at WorldQuant and ThirdPoint (Dan Loeb) understands the importance and pains of staying compliant with proper archiving. He lead this investment and said this about our recent investment:
It is getting harder and harder for regulated financial firms to keep track of all of the things that they must archive: text messages, WhatsApp, Telegram, Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, X, Beehiiv, Website changes, Email, Slack, Zoom, the list goes on and on. The legacy players have not done a good enough job capturing all of these platforms or using modern technology and AI capabilities to make compliance teams more efficient. On top of that, it’s expensive for smaller financial institutions, RIAs, and regulated firms to pay for these archiving software.
