Is There a CHAOS 'Tipping Point'?

We have withstood some serious blows to our confidence and trust and wallets the last few years. I am amazed that there has not been more chaos. People are losing their homes, jobs, savings and yet the streets remain mostly safe.

Is it a false sense of safety? Is chaos lurking and if so, what is the trigger point? Feel free to chime in.

I know I would panic without access to cash or credit. That seems possible these days.
