Digital Seeds
Twitter was added to the S&P last week.
They replaced Monsanto which is disappearing after their merger with Bayer. The Bayer brand survives.
In the moment of it I said this:
Twitter added to the S&P 500 tonight replacing Monsanto. Digital seeds replace chemical seeds. Woot. (Long $TWTR)

I am long Twitter so this is yet another nice boost for the stock.
The stock is up over 100 percent since it doubled the amount of characters allowed in tweets, a feature I do not use.
I am not convinced the company is doing any better than when the stock was at $15 and #RIPTwitter was trending.
There is no way to measure, but digital seeds can be very poisonous themselves.
American’s are really into their chemicals and poisons, so I think Twitter will be in the S&P for a very long time.
