Due Diligence is for Underperformers!

It’s just a little something I have been kicking around.

America is great because of risk takers.

I think the gut in UNDER-rated. There are a million reasons NOT to do a deal or start a business and you can also pay a lawyer $300 ..scratch that $600/hour… to give you a few more. In the end, you were given a gut and a brain so if you want to survive and thrive, use the gut first and manage the brain.

One thing you have to give California and specifically Silicon Valley is the utter fearlessness of the drop-out. Kids just drop out of college like a badge of honor. I am hard on California and love New York and the east coast but at a time when bankers are scumming up the world in it’s entirety (once again) and Washington politics dominates the headlines I thought you should just take a step back, calm down and crank on something you love.

And it won’t hurt to call your lawyer and just scream profanities (your paying him so he won’t hang up).
