The Financial 'Dead Pool' name change... 'FessPool' ...and Our First Winner

First off…Andy Swan is correct…the ‘Dead Pool’ is lame and used up. I am switching the category to ‘FessPool’ (Finacial Mess Pool).

Our first winner did not take long. ACA Capital Holdings . Obviosuly they forgot to honor the holdings part of their name.

It’s a mortgage insurer to boot. How the hell do insurers go bust. That’s some extra effort.

Boy I hope your broker was not so nice as to offer you this hot little IPO at $13 back in 2006.
