Google vs. Baidu – War of The Worlds...Enemies ARE GOOD for Business

Everyone needs enemies. It focuses you. In Business today, we don’t have enough real gloves off fighting. Everyone has a piece of everyone else.

Not so for Google and Baidu.

Forget Microsoft/Apple.

Jobs and Gates are like buddies now. It’s like watching men’s tennis today. Too much admiration. That leads to a crap product (for tennis).

But, Google and baidu…it’s going to be THE battle for the forseeable future.

Google sold it’s stake in Baidu, but they are not passing on China. Expect more announcements like this . Stakes are pretty freaking high.
