Happy Thanksgiving

I say it all the time here, but I am so grateful.

I am living the dream in Phoenix.

Rachel is going to the Macy's parade in New York today, Max was with me here to golf yesterday and Ellen is looking over my shoulder for typos on the blog.

I have a great family that is healthy and great friends everywhere and the ability to freely share my ideas to hundreds of thousands of people. I also get to live in the US and have some capital that gives me the freedom to do almost everything and anything I want.

Funny story...

Ellen and I were walking our dog Lindzee last night and she was telling me my blog had all kinds of typos and was hard to understand this week. I told here it was just a brutal week of sleep. I told her I would post my 'sleep number' on the blog each morning going forward so readers would know what kind of stream of thought they could expect on the blog that day!

This morning was 88!

I finally ordered the Eight Sleep (pod cover) and with anything that requires assembly, was scared to set it up. My friend Ryan Spoon was visiting us last week and he set it up for us. No way I would have done it myself.

Yesterday, after five days of using it, I was telling Ellen about my high sleep numbers that seemed impossible because I felt like shit. She was also confused because she had slept well and was scoring low. Turns out we had each other set up on the app on the wrong side of the bed.

Anyways...I continue to hear great things about the product and hope to have some improved sleeping results in the months ahead.
