Hello From Dallas

Good morning from Dallas.

I am visiting Dallas to speak at my friend Michael Mann's Anchor Capital investor conference. I am told it is a great treat to do so at the Old Parkland Debate Chamber so I am really looking forward to it.

Last night my good friend Chris Camillo had me over to his popular restaurant and bar the Chelsea Corner Restaurant.  It is a local favorite and we had a blast.

Our group headed over to Javier's after a few drinks to see my good friends Jay Pack and Jason Hill.  Javier's is an old Mexican restaurant institution.  

When I get home tonight I need to rest up for the long Phoenix sports weekend ahead of the Phoenix Open and The Super Bowl.  Phoenix will be a zoo.
