Watch out for CEO’s that talk about synergies when they are buying hundreds of companies. They ALL end badly, it’s ‘WHEN’, not if.
Lot’s of great people are over at Interactive Corp. (IACI) trying to make the integration happen across many giant web companies, but the stock price tells the story.
