IPO’s, Private Markets and Risk Prisons

I have already chimed in and have much more to say.

In the saddest news of the last 5 years in American Capitalism…Angelo Mozilo wont go to prison because too many other idiots would have to go as well. I think it’s time for a P-combinator, that gathers people with prison building experince and investors with money to build risk prisons for asshats like these who make it harder for the innocent to invest in capital markets, not easier.
