Jack Dorsey is on a podcast explanation tour.
While I don’t trust Twitter, I like the Jack/Twitter explanation tour. He should have started this tour a few years ago.
This week Jack appeared with Joe Rogan to talk about all things Twitter, trust, community, spam and Bitcoin. It’s long. Here it is.

Not enough people are taking the time to listen. Listening makes you the long term money.
I think Twitter has done a terrible job dealing with platform abuses over the years, but I also want to listen and hear Jack dive in and explain the complexities and how he (the CEO) is thinking about the future. He is living way farther in the future than you or I.
Though Stocktwits has not faced the scale or breadth of spam and abuse issues of Twitter, the types of attacks are the exact same.
On Bitcoin…Jack says this:
I believe the Internet will have a native currency and I don’t know if it’s Bitcoin. I think it will be [Bitcoin] given all the tests it has been through and the principles behind it, how it was created. It was something that was born on the Internet, was developed on the Internet, was tested on the Internet, [and] it is of the Internet.
