Leadership...It Is Not So Complicated

There are thousands of books written on leadership. I don’t read them. I don’t trust books and long form videos about leadership. A good leader should not need books in the twenty first century. I understand why they do it, I just won’t participate.

Blogs and Twitter I do trust. I can filter them, get to know the authors quickly.

Reading blogs and tweets I get surprised so often. I need that.

Today I was surfing twitter and found the best clip on leadership I have seen in a while. Sahim is a long time community member at Stocktwits and has started blogging. He is good at both. Here is the link to a YouTube video on Leadership.

If you want to bog yourself down in books and thesis papers go ahead. You will be hard pressed find better focus and info the subject than this video.

If you find what you are passionate about, you CAN be this leader. If not, get wasted and it may surface. Makes sure someone films it though.
