Lindzon on the Move

Bought some more China short today. FXP at $78 for those home gamers. People call that negative, but I bout the invrse ETF, so betting on the stock going UP. That’s optimistic…no?

I will spend some time next week catching up on the market and look forward to sharing some ideas. I got a few interesting ones from the community, the most telling was a REIT focused on nursing homes.

The natural gas business is also strong which I seem to have a lot of these days a well, despite the milk give-up.

I am very excited tobe moving into new Phoenix Digs this weekend. meghann and I will shoot out some photos next week. We need a home for KBCPartners.com in Phoenix and my hedge fund as we grow. I have been sharing space with a best buddy Blair working on all this plus real estate lending, but it was Blair’s lease and I had overgrown my stay. It’s been 5 plus years so it will be strange.
