New Buys – INFA, CTXS, Tried to get Cognos (COGN)?

What’s the news with Cognos (COGN) up 9 percent on the open and I don’t see news?

Last night, I posted what I was buying and Ross mentioned Cognos in the comments which I said looked good. Not going to chase, just wondering.
