I was actually looking at possible places to lease or buy this summer and I just could not grasp. I passed.

With the layoffs on Wall Street, permanent job losses for many and zippo bonuses coming for the forseeable future, the long New York cycle is cooked.

The weak dollar is just not enough to keep foreigners interested.
