Old MacDonald Had A Farm...AI AI O!

Silicon Valley Turned Sand (the most common thing in the world) Into Thought (the rarest thing in the world) - 'The Philosopher's Stone' Is Upon Us

Good morning from frigid New York.

I can tell from my own workflow and increased curiosity on product/design and engineering that big changes and opportunities are upon us. Could the best founders out there do everything as this next wave of AI improves?

Connecting the dots on the excitement and narrative in my tightly curated ‘smarty pants, geek feed’ and my own workflow the last few weeks, AI is having a big big moment.

Here is James Hong on this subject…

Dan lives to only cover AI…

The latest progress is blowing people’s minds (click the tweet box)……

Here is Gavin Baker who knows a thing or two…

Marc Andreessen is always excited so I mostly can’t listen, but my YouTube algorithm served me up his appearance on Lenny’s podcast (who I trust) and I am glad I tuned in. I can tell that Marc has really dialed in his thinking and understanding of the possibilities in AI. I loved the whole podcast, but the first 20 minutes are a MUST watch if you are a founder or investor…

Fred Wilson is excited right now too.

He likes Google Gemini which is making Gmail (the product I use most), so much better.

One last one…

Patrick O’Shaugnessy had Gokul on his podcast to discuss… the seismic shift in product building driven by AI. As a legendary operator (Google, Facebook, Square, DoorDash) and prolific investor, Gokul breaks down how tools like Claude are merging design and engineering roles and why human "judgment" is the only future-proof skill.

All this triangulation in my feed is my signal to make sure my team at Stocktwits, and the founders we back at Social Leverage are doing everything possible to take advantage of the opportunities and leverage from AI.

Have a great Sunday.
