Paris Hilton and Barry Bonds on Stocks

I was just checking my blog stats because ther has been a surge in traffic the last month and I know it’s not my writing. Sure enough, my traffic is up by over 700 people a day becausde of some old paris Hilton posts and my Barry Bonds rookie card auction. Now these searchers are not going to be readers and I did not write about these poeple for traffic, but Google is sending them to me anyhow. Therefore – If you are just starting out in the financial blogging world, here is a tip:

Start mentioning Paris Hilton and Barry Bonds in every post if you want traffic to build.

For example, if a stock has a big run, call it ‘Juiced Up’ like Barry Bonds.

If it is a ‘Glam’ stock – call it The Paris Hilton of stocks.

Let’s start matching ‘in the news’ celebrities with certain stocks.

I hate chip stocks, but nVidia is popular and trending – therefore – David Hasselhoff?

Synaptics has screwed me over in the past but I am going back again therefore I will call it….?
