My friend Rob (born in Ukraine), the founder of Koyfin sent this note out yesterday with his weekly ‘Wizards’ episode:
Our People In Ukraine
The Russian invasion of Ukraine has negatively impacted our Ukrainian employees and their families.
Many have had to flee their home while others are unable to leave cities like Kyiv, Kharkiv and Dnipro because of bombardment and lack of transportation options. Koyfin is doing everything we can to support our colleagues in Ukraine to ensure they and their families stay safe.
Even though it’s not business as usual, we continue to move forward as a company. The grit and perseverance of our employees are inspirational and demonstrate the glory of Ukraine and its people. Slava Ukraini!
A long time ago we backed another founder from Ukraine – Alex Iskold. He has set up an amazing project focusing on the families suffering there called the 1k Project.
Thanks Alex for helping the Lindzon’s do something in supporting a couple families. Hopefully some of you can help me in chipping in because every little bit helps.
