Phoenix Is Booming

The weather is perfect right now in Phoenix.

There is something special about a sunny and warm November day that reminds me how lucky I am to get out of Phoenix for the summer and how great Phoenix is for winters.

Coming back from New York this weekend I landed at the new Terminal 3 building in Phoenix. It is really fantastic.

I know from watching Ellen working in real estate here that homes are moving very fast.

I was up at the Silverleaf area yesterday in Scottsdale and there is no inventory.

The Suns are sold out. The Arizona Cardinals are 7 -1.

My favorite restaurants are full but not yet impossible to get a seat.

I am going to make some time to play some golf and have already gotten in a long Scottsdale bike ride.

It is nice to call Phoenix home.
