Price is all that Matters – Today's example is Countrywide

Obviously $2 billion is not enough capital for Countrywide.

It might have been a test by Bank of America and Warren Buffet. If it was, they will not be adding any more at these levels. The stock acts like it is dead and if they are going to save it, they will pay MUCH less.

See – if you are a gazillionaire like Warren, you can’t nor likely should pay up for growth. You can make your own rules up as they go. You are the market in many cases.

For us little folks, blogging and managing money for scraps, fishing in their pond is a stupid waste of time and futile. We are pawns in their game of chess.
