On my Momentum Monday show, I walke through the the Stocktwits50 with a special emphasis on RightNow Technologies ($RNOW )
I am an investor in Assistly.com, which is run by a group of veterans of the customer service industry that have built their product with the real-time web in their DNA. As The real-time web continues to gather importance to the industry, look for RightNow to begin acquisitions, if they (RightNow) do not get acquired themselves.

Legacy solutions are bloated, expensive and complex (this is where rightnow falls). Home grown / point solutions create a fragmented support environment.
This is the opportunity for both RightNow and the new breed of companies in this industry like Assistly.com.
