Behold Solana…

The crypto kids have been talking about a Solana summer since May.

I was one of those kids too when I had Kyle Samani back on my podcast to talk about crypto and Solana back in May.

Kyle did a good job of explaining Solana in this essay ‘Technical Scalability Creates Social Scalability‘.

A few weeks ago Packy had a great essay on Solana and the possibilities.

Solana first came on my radar when Kyle told me about their investment last year. I imagine it was less than $1. Thank goodness I invested in their fund back in 2017.

I first mentioned it on Stocktwits in March of this year at $15:

This June my nephew Reuben was visiting us in Coronado and after overhearing some calls he asked me about it and bought some for himself at $31. It’s fun to see him enjoy a big win.

It’s also nice to know a few new billionaires who never had to raid a pension or scorch the earth.
