The Stock Market DOES NOT have to be hard – Lesson 1

If you start each night or morning with the New High List you will get a great picture of the market. You will see where the money is flowing and what industries are attracting capital. Don’t overthink it. Trust me!

I tend to look at the New Low List as well- you will see what is hated, what has money flowing out of it and maybe, where some value hunters are playing. It is fine to watch, but dangerous to touch.

My friend over at Ugly Chart spoons it to you everyday. FREEEEEE.

I don’t mean to minimize the risk of owning stocks at new highs. Owning stocks is risky. Owning new highs is no less risky without a money management plan, but you tend to be swimming with the tide (flow of capital).

Over the course of a few months, no matter which day you started, you will get a feel for the overall health of the market. If Today you start and see 17 all-time highs and two weeks from now 60, you begin to get a frame of reference for the health of the market.

Best of all, NO CRAMER, NO CNBC, NO PROZAC!
