Surrounded by Verschlimmbesserung

Good morning …

I spent the day running around the city (New York) seeing founders and friends.

I’m finally using the Subways more and the ‘F’ train is my train this week as Rachel lives on the Upper East Side.

One celebrity sighting yesterday was Game of Thrones Peter Dinklage at The Crosby. I tweeted out a picture and my pal Steven Rosenblatt who I had just run into at the bar confirmed it having just peed next to him downstairs. Too much info yes … but such is Twitter.

Speaking of Twitter … which I now just refer to as ‘The Kardashian’s….For Men’- I love venture capitalist Albert Wenger’s take on the Elon Musk tenure so far calling it 'Verschlimbesserung’ a German word for 'an attempt to improve something only to make it worse'.

Sounds a lot like The Fed and the SEC too.

At least Sam Bankman has been arrested.
