For those that want MORE IDEAS with less scrolling and social, a new era has arrived. Anyone that logs into Stocktwits can tap into what investors and traders are watching, saying and feeling…

Below are a few examples on how to use the MCP with your favorite chatbot/agent…
As the semiconductor stocks were imploding last week, we asked ‘who had the hottest hand the last month’:

You can ‘start each day with some long trade ideas based on the activity on the platform’…team Stocktwits (follow here) is sharing interesting ways to prompt…
Ask Stocktwits AI: "what are the top stocks to watch today for people who want to go long and make money given everything you know about our platform data?"
1. $AMZN, the standout long today
Up ~11.9% to ~263 after AWS delivered and management raised capex to $220B. Here's the tell that makes it the highest-quality name on the board: sentiment is 81.4% bull and the delta is essentially flat (-0.59), meaning the crowd's conviction is holding even after the gap up. That is very different from where it sat going into the print, where the delta was negative and cooling. Social volume is pegged extremely high (212K), 696K watchers, and the tape is openly gunning for $300. This is the cleanest earnings-backed momentum long, up big already so it's a buy-pullbacks name rather than chase-the-open, but the structure is the best on the board.
2. The AI-infrastructure lane, the read-through trade
This is where the real money-making theme is. With MSFT and now AMZN both confirming massive capex, the "AI spend is dead" fear is dead. One widely-shared post on our streams laid it out: hyperscaler backlog reportedly exploded from ~$806B to ~$2.3T year over year, and even old A100 GPU rental rates are up ~20% YTD. That validation is lifting the whole complex, APLD +8%, AXTI +41%, the semis (SOXS down 14% = semis ripping), and the data-center and power names. If you want beta on the confirmed AI-capex thesis, this group is the momentum lane, with the usual caveat that these are extended and better on dips.
3. $AAPL, the contrarian watch, not a chase
This is the mirror image. Down ~8.6% to ~304, slicing toward $300 on a disappointing print, and the data shows the crowd flipping: 53% bear now with a hard negative delta (-13.68) on the most-watched name on the platform (985K). The bull case has cracked ("PE too high for a company that isn't growing"). I would not call this a long here. The one thing to watch, flagged by a sharp poster, is the weekly 20-EMA around 296.61, which has been a durable floor. If it holds there and sentiment stops bleeding, that's a possible bounce setup for the faithful. Until then it's a falling knife, not a buy.— Stocktwits (@Stocktwits)

The Stocktwits MCP was built for the agentic world as well.
Vlad at Robinhood just announced that 100,0000 people have tried agentic trading. I know that hundreds of thousands more are connected to Alpaca.markets globally and the thousands of other global brokerages will be offering these services as well. Now these agents will be able to connect to the Stocktwits data and market intelligence as well.
I started Stocktwits back in 2007 at the dawn of Web 2.0, the cloud and the mobile/social web. I am glad I stuck around for this era of AI. I have never been more excited about the Stocktwits product, platform, community, and potential alpha.
