By the way – ugly day in the markets – Semiconductors are in TROUBLE

Just popped up my portfolio. I had a relatively good day despite the blood red results.

Although Gold Bullion shone again, gold stocks were whacked and my puts had a good day.

I think tech looks terrible, specifically semiconductors. In the end, we still have way too much capacity as a result of the nasdaq bubble. A big wave down would not surprise me. No pricing power and excess supply.

I own some Qualcomm and it just can’t get legs and was really whacked today. That is in my portfolio as the bellwether of tech and when it goes, the Nasdaq may be in deep doodoo.
