Web Video Inning One...Congrats to my Friends at Next New Networks

Venture Beat and Alley Insider are reporting on Next New Networks raising $15 million. I am a big fan of Herb, Jed and Tim who are busting their b@!ls pioneering in the web video space. It was my friend Bijan , who is an investor through Spark, that made the introduction for me.

I am an advisor to Next New and was happy to hook Ben of Barely Political up with Next New a while back to partner on the Barely Political show (Obama Girl).

Obviously I am tremendously bullish on web video, founding Wallstrip, helping launch GolfNow.tv and investing in VSocial and TubeMogul so I like all the good news coming from the web video space and will continue to track it closely, make bets and roll up my sleeves.

We may be in a bear market, but web video is just getting started.
